Below is information regarding our new patient process.
Our practice does not participate with any insurance plans. Everything we do will be out of pocket - except for lab work. Because we utilize outside labs, that portion can typically be billed to your carrier. Our in-office lab is HealthLab. You will need to check with your carrier regarding in-network status. If out of network, a lab order can be sent to Quest or LabCorp for you. Please let us know your preference.
Our team will review your information to determine if our practice expertise is a fit for your needs. You will receive email notification of our determination. If approved for scheduling with our practice, we will email you possible dates & times for your visits. BE CERTAIN YOUR EMAIL IS SET UP TO RECEIVE EMAILS FROM [email protected]
MEDICAL patients: Your first visit will be to obtain appropriate lab work. Your second visit will be with a provider to review your lab results, discuss findings and treatment(s) as indicated.
DERMATOLOGY patients: You will be scheduled with PA, Christine Edwards. The visit fee is $175. If any additional treatment(s) are performed, additional associated fees will apply.
WEIGHT loss patients: You will be scheduled with NP, Lindsey Howell. The visit fee is $175. That fee will be applied to our weight loss program if purchased within 30 days of your initial visit. This is for weight loss patients only - NO labs will be obtained. If you want lab work, or have other concerns than strictly weight loss, please apply as a new MEDICAL patient.
A credit card will be required to schedule.
